About

West Lodge Medical is a boutique, private medical facility providing bespoke, advanced medical aesthetic and cosmetic therapies

"I believe strongly in a natural look with rejuvenation. The goal is for clients to look refreshed, relaxed, comfortable and, most importantly, to be happy with their appearance." - Dr Nicola Willis

West Lodge Medical is situated in an elegant Victorian lodge house on Scotland's west coast, offering private medical consultations and minor op facilities.

West Lodge Medical

Set in nearly 12 acres of established woodland and parkland, with breathtaking views over rolling hills, and the Ayrshire coastline, West Lodge Medical is a boutique, private medical facility providing bespoke, advanced Medical Aesthetic & Cosmetic Therapies.

Having run an aesthetic business for 14 years in Troon, growing a loyal clientele base, we felt the time had come to expand into a larger space, to enable us to become the facility we have envisioned for several years.

West Lodge will allow us to embrace all of the ideas we have been nurturing and also to offer new services previously unavailable.

We always only offerevidence-based treatments and we listen. Above all else, we focus on honesty, integrity and personal care. Indeed, we are known for it.

At 67, most of my wrinkles were on the lower half of my face. What I now have is a younger, fresher version of myself. I’m totally delighted with the treatments which were expertly applied, had speedy recovery times and most importantly fantastic results.
Removing wrinkles

West Lodge Medical is a doctor-led clinic, equipped with a minor-procedure theatre. It is fully registered and regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

"I treat myself"
The most useful piece of advice I could give you is to look very carefully at your practitioner. If they look weird, walk away. I’m fairly confident you won’t do that here.
